Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document forms a legal agreement between gamebd and all of our users.
Eligibility and Registration
Anyone wishing to create an account on the gamebd platform and use its services must meet the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet these requirements will make registration invalid, and gamebd reserves the right to close any account at any time.
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use gamebd services. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. gamebd may request valid identification at any time to verify your age. Registration using a false age will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, the same device or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including:
- Your real name (as shown on your national identity card)
- Correct date of birth
- Active mobile number
- Valid email address (where applicable)
Providing false or incomplete information will cause account verification to fail and withdrawals may be put on hold.
Account Management
You are solely responsible for the security and proper management of your gamebd account. It is your duty to keep your login credentials secure and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised activity.

2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your gamebd account is strictly personal. No account may be sold, transferred or rented to another person. Transferring the balance or bonuses in an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
gamebd offers easy and fast deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh through mobile banking and bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.
3.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (all methods)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer
- The mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be rejected.
- Maximum deposit limits depend on your specific account level and verification status.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for deposits and which is registered in your name.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be suspended.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete.
3.3 Currency and Taxes
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Regarding taxes, users are solely responsible for paying all applicable local taxes and duties on income earned from gaming. gamebd does not provide any tax advice.
Bonuses and Promotions
gamebd offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers to its users. However, all such offers are subject to specific terms that every user must follow.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A wagering requirement of 10x applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. If you attempt to withdraw directly without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period — if not used within that period it will be cancelled.
- Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible — read the terms of each offer separately.
- A bonus only applies if the deposit is made through a method registered in your own name.
- gamebd reserves the right to investigate suspected bonus misuse and to cancel bonuses where necessary.

Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply across all sections for betting and playing games on gamebd. Additional rules may apply for specific games or events.
5.1 General Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- gamebd reserves the right to cancel any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- Maximum bet limits may vary by game and event.
- In the event of any dispute over a result, gamebd's decision will be considered final.
5.2 Sports Betting
The following conditions apply to live and pre-match betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:
- If a match is cancelled or suspended and not replayed within the scheduled time, the bet will be considered void.
- Odds may change at any time; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
- Bets placed at odds based on incorrect information may be cancelled.
5.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games and slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. Each round of a game is independent and previous results do not influence future results.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gamebd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or closure and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account in the same person's name or from the same device or network.
- Bonus Abuse: Artificially claiming bonuses or circumventing wagering requirements by exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
- Software Manipulation: Using bots, automation software, hacking tools or any other unauthorised software.
- Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Taking advantage of any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
- Third-Party Funds: Placing bets or making deposits using another person's funds.
- Collusion: Multiple users conspiring together to attempt to influence the outcome of a game.
- Match Fixing: Using the platform to manipulate or participate in the manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event.
- Underage Gaming: Allowing or assisting anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.

Account Closure
